Where should babies sleep?
Where to sleep?
From the first day of life, it is recommended for safety not to share our bed with the baby. A crib near our bed is indicated.
The baby should sleep on his back, face up, not on his side or stomach.
It is not recommended to use pillows, stuffed animals and toys inside the baby's crib when sleeping.
The American Academy of Pediatrics recommends these measures for the prevention of sudden infant death syndrome. These recommendations apply to all children during their first year of life.
