What is the Tool-be Program ?

It is a program created especially for families, based on music, games, the exploration of the body in movement and the experience of sensory and cognitive experiences.

The Tool-be Program includes some boxes called "Toolbox" specially designed for each stage of your baby, in which you will find Tools, activities, valuable information and music to support your baby throughout his development.

In addition to the physical content, once you receive the Toolbox, you begin to be a member of the Family Center where you will find very important information, you will be able to monitor your baby's development and you will have a weekly schedule of activities according to their age.

Our gateway allows payment by debit or credit card. You can also make electronic transfer.

Do you allow payment on delivery ? 

No, for now we do not have that option. Our payment platform only accepts debit and credit cards.

The delivery time of the products is approximately 2 to 3 business days. 
We also offer the option to pick up the products directly at the Tool-be HAUS Medellin headquarters located at Carrera 47B # 17A sur 42.

International Offices 

The delivery time is from 8 to 15 depending on the destination. 

This time is counted after dispatch. 

The promise of delivery begins with the approval of the payment, which is carried out by the bank, which carries out several assurance processes to confirm the veracity of the purchase; these times vary according to the bank and are completely out of the responsibility of Tool-be de Colombia SAS. Once the bank has approved the payment, the established delivery time begins. 

It is important to bear in mind that if the payment of the purchase is confirmed from Monday to Friday, the first business day is the day on which the payment confirmation is received and from that day the delivery time begins to count, but if the payment is confirmed on Saturday, Sunday or holiday, the delivery time starts counting from the next business day after payment confirmation .

We are a group of moms and dads who, like you, when we became parents, understood the enormous responsibility that this decision brings, but we were worried knowing that we did not have the knowledge, the tools, and much less the experience to fulfill our role as The best way.

This is how we decided to create a program, hand in hand with the best experts, to accompany all parents and caregivers in this wonderful task of being the first and best educators of our children.

Tool-be was born in Brazil, in the city of São Paulo in 2013 and opened its first Experience Center "Tool-be HAUS" in the city of Medellín, Colombia in 2015.

The Tool-be System and each of its components, activities, "tools", games, proposals and all the music and songs have been reviewed, validated and approved by a group of experts in more than 14 disciplines, ranging from pediatrics, psychology, music therapy, psychomotricity, even occupational therapy and nutrition, allowing families to take full advantage of all the tools offered by the program.

We decided to complement the years of academic research, validation and hundreds of hours of consulting with our team of experts from various countries, with 100% real-world fieldwork.

From the Tool-be HAUS® Experience Center in the city of Medellín, we have supported hundreds of families for more than 5 years, managing to understand the needs, conflicts, fears and aspirations of parents, grandparents and adult caregivers who were part of the process. and that helped to enrich all the content of the Tool-be System.
