Keeping up with Lila
Recommended age: 1 to 6 years
1. We choose musical instruments that we have such as the egg shaker , rattles , drums , claves , xylophones or the ones we like the most. If we do not have any, we can use elements that produce sounds such as spoons, pots, among others.
2. We put on the La Gallina Lila song and start to beat the rhythm by playing the musical instrument.

3. Then, we sing the song ourselves, while following the rhythm with the instrument.
4. It is important that we show our son how to beat the rhythm by example, that is, we lead the rhythm of the song and little by little we will see how he imitates us and leads the rhythm more and more harmonized.
4. While we sing, we pause the song so that there are moments of total silence and then we resume. Additionally, we vary the speed by making the song go slower or faster, both in the song and in the sounds we produce with our instruments to keep the rhythm.
