Toolbox be-4 Components
How is the development of newborn and 1 month old babies?
- Your newborn baby will usually remain with his upper and lower extremities in a flexed position and his hands clenched.
- When placed face down, he initially remains with his head on the surface, but at the end of the first month he is able to raise his head looking forward.
- Although vision is close, the baby differentiates contours and color contrasts such as black-white, and is able to observe the face of its parents at a distance of approximately 30 centimeters.
- Hearing is perfectly developed and is especially sensitive to the voice of its parents.
The "tools" that we propose below help your baby achieve these and more achievements at this age.

Recommended activities:
Flashcards - My Body
Photographs of real objects in the early years allow the baby to have an image of the objects that is closer to reality. With body Flash Cards, we help your baby in his body recognition. Additionally, they have the name of each of the parts written in English and Spanish, so that they can be used when the baby grows and is in the reading-writing processes.
Recommended activities:
Piston Flute
Learning to blow becomes a challenge for the baby, which will help him learn to control his breathing and strengthen the muscles involved in speech. Playing with the changing sound of the piston flute (ascending/descending) favors the development of auditory perception skills related to the pitches of sound (high/low).
Recommended activities:
Finger Puppets - Farm Animals Set 2
Now your baby begins to identify animals and reproduce their onomatopoeias. This SET of puppets complements those of the be-2 level, and will allow you to have interactions with your baby with animal sounds, actions and voice changes. This favors the increase of their communicative repertoire, preparing necessary elements of language development. With soft texture and strong colors, they generate interest from the point of view of perception.
Recommended activities:
Lightweight Plush Ball
Learning to throw and release objects becomes more and more fun. Playing with balls, in addition to helping to develop motor skills, visual-motor coordination and arm strengthening, is an essential tool for interacting and learning to play with others.
Recommended activities:
SET of papers
Includes 3 sheets of bond paper measuring 1 m x 70 cm for your baby to make their first doodles, exploring freely by painting with their hands, fingers or crayons. Additionally, it includes 3 sheets of balloon paper to tear, knead, blow and do many activities that help strengthen baby's hands.
Recommended activities:
